1. Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with applicable German and EU consumer protection laws. (⁠Gesetze im Internet)

You must clearly notify us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be returned within 14 days after you notify us of your withdrawal.
The product should be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging where reasonably possible.
Please include all accessories, manuals, and other items originally delivered with the product.

You may inspect the goods as you would in a physical store. However, if the product has been used beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functionality, we may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value. (⁠Gesetze im Internet)

3. Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

Return shipping costs are not covered by us, unless:

the item is defective or damaged upon arrival;
we shipped the wrong item; or
applicable law requires otherwise.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as the customer is responsible for the returned goods until they are received at our return address.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will refund all payments received for the returned goods, including the original standard delivery charges where required by law, within 14 days. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have supplied proof that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first. (⁠Gesetze im Internet)

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless another method has been agreed upon.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at ahmedadel09501@gmail.com.

Where the item is confirmed to be faulty or supplied incorrectly, we will provide an appropriate solution, including a replacement, repair, or full refund. In these cases, we will also cover the reasonable return shipping costs.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned where permitted by law:

Custom-made or personalized products.
Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
Digital content supplied electronically after performance has begun with your prior consent.
Any other products excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal under German or EU law.
